Responsibilities
Educate families on life insurance, protection planning, and retirement-focused strategies Build trusted client relationships through education and service Learn financial concepts, planning frameworks, and product solutions through mentorship Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development Build a client base through networking, referrals, and outreach Explore leadership opportunities for those interested in team development Who We’re Looking For Strong communicators who enjoy helping others Self-motivated individuals with an ownership mindset Coachable professionals open to mentorship and development Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Sales, customer-facing, or relationship-building experience is helpful but not required Willingness to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (guidance provided)
