About the Role

As our organization continues to grow across the country, the HR Manager plays an important role in supporting leaders and employees across multiple locations. This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys taking ownership of their work, thinking proactively, and bringing solutions to the table. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership, managers and employees across multiple ARP companies. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns while ensuring fair and compliant resolutions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions. Maintain accurate employee records and support HR audits, compliance reporting, and workers’ compensation coordination. Oversee onboarding processes and conduct new hire orientations to ensure a smooth employee experience. Support benefits administration, employee inquiries, and compensation review processes. Assist with leadership development initiatives, required training programs, and employee engagement efforts. Track required compliance training and certifications across locations. Utilize HR systems and reporting tools to maintain records, generate reports, and support HR decision-making. Collaborate with HR leadership on process improvements and HR initiatives across multiple sites. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Manager or senior HR Generalist responsibilities. Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR compliance requirements. Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR operations. Must be within the Central or Easter Time Zone to accommodate availability to various sites in different time zones. Flexibility to occasionally be available after hours to handle an employee issue, or coordinate a work site injury over the weekend. Professional Skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion. Technical Skills Experience using HRIS systems (BambooHR preferred). Experience using project / task management platforms (Monday.com preferred). Preferred Experience supporting acquisitions or business integrations, including the implementation of HR systems, policies, processes, and employee transitions. Experience supporting multi-location organizations. Work Environment 100% Remote position Full-time, Exempt Must maintain a professional home office with reliable internet Occasional travel may be required
