We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world. \n Responsibilities: Full 360 local marketing execution: both online and offline: Events, Partnerships, CRM, Users Lifecycle, SEO & ASO Secure External Marketing Acquisition + Existing Users Retention Hyper Localization across Blogs, CRM, announcements to deliver cultural adoption Social Media channels management, Community Engagement with Binance Angels, KOLs Onboarding & Partnerships Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI Deliver timely and clear reporting and accountability on campaign performance Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (Web3, fintech, or agency background preferred) Proven track record in partnerships, campaign management, community building, or lifecycle marketing Previous experience working in a Web3/crypto marketing agency or startup is highly desirable Native Romanian and fluent English language proficiency Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions \nWhy Binance
