Junior Growth Marketing Manager

About the role: In this role, you will work at the intersection of influencer marketing, content, and growth marketing. You will help launch and scale campaigns together with Creative, UA, and Growth teams, collaborate with influencers across the LATAM market, analyze campaign performance, and test new user acquisition approaches. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career in growth/performance marketing to gain hands-on experience in an international product company, work with modern AI and marketing tools, and see the direct impact of their work on business growth. \n In this role, you will Research and communicate with influencers, content creators, and UGC creators for marketing campaigns Support influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to performance tracking Work with content briefs, scripts, references, and content approvals Coordinate production processes, deadlines, and campaign deliverables Analyze campaign performance, lead generation, and content effectiveness Support the team in testing new marketing ideas, creatives, and growth approaches Maintain basic reporting on campaign results, budgets, and performance metrics Collaborate closely with Creative, Growth, and User Acquisition teams It’s all about you 6+ months of experience in marketing, influencer marketing, account management, communication-related roles, or a strong interest in growth marketing Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish (B2+) Enjoy working with content, communication, and creative tasks Have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously Are interested in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends Are comfortable working with spreadsheets, basic analytics, and campaign data Have a proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn Thrive in a fast-paced environment Would be a plus Understanding of basic performance marketing or User Acquisition metrics Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM systems, or influencer marketing tools Experience working with LATAM markets or international campaigns What we offer Care and support: 20 paid vacation days, 15 sick leave days, and 6 additional days off for family events 100% medical insurance coverage Sports and equipment reimbursement Team building events, corporate gifts, and stylish merch Financial and legal support Maternity Recovery Support Allowance Position retention and support for those who join the Armed Forces of Ukraine Participation in social initiatives supporting Ukraine Comfortable working environment: Work from our Kyiv hub or remotely with a flexible schedule Modern equipment or depreciation of your own tools Investment in your future: Collaborate with a highly-skilled team of Middle & Senior professionals, sharing practical cases and expertise in the social networking niche 70% of our heads and leads have grown into their roles here – so can you!
