Our team is growing, and we’re looking for someone who loves working with customers, wants to grow in a product-focused role, and can combine technical skills with strong communication. What You’ll Do: Help customers get the most out of our platform Manage and coordinate the client pipeline - schedule meetings and product demos Conduct product demos and support the sales team with retention activities Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and the product Start with a more basic role to learn the platform, then gradually take on more complex and exciting responsibilities You’re a Great Fit if You: Speak and write English fluently Have experience in customer support, customer success, account management, or a similar role Enjoy communicating with customers and solving problems Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Want to learn and grow in a SaaS/product environment Are open to working fixed US shifts (16:00 – 01:00 CET) What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience with product demos, customer success, and retention Pipeline and CRM management skills Growth opportunities in support and product-facing roles Fixed salary - competitive with standard support roles, no direct sales targets Fixed schedule: Monday - Friday, 16:00 – 01:00 Modern office and supportive team environment Ready to Join?
