Junior Marketing Creative Specialist

The Junior Marketing Creative Specialist supports the execution of trueCABLE’s visual brand across digital and e-commerce channels. This role focuses on the creation and production of marketing and product-related assets, ensuring consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints. Working closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams, this position contributes to campaign execution, product launches, and ongoing content needs through hands-on design and asset development. The Creative Specialist plays a key role in maintaining brand standards while helping scale content production to support business growth. Responsibilities: Content & Asset Production Create static visual assets for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email graphics, social content, and occasional video-support graphics (icons, overlays, and simple motion elements) Support in the design and updating of product detail page (PDP) images, infographics, and supporting visuals Develop product-related materials such as spec sheets, instruction sheets, and packaging assets Produce graphics to support blog and educational content Edit, resize, and optimize images for various platforms and formats Contribute to additional creative projects as needed to support evolving marketing and business priorities Creative Execution Execute creative concepts provided by the marketing and e-commerce teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards Assist with product photography, including shot list preparation and post-production editing Maintain consistency across all visual assets and channels Support high-volume content needs and adapt quickly to shifting priorities Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure assets meet project requirements and deadlines Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently to refine creative output Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, digital media or a related field 0-3 years of marketing experience, with an emphasis on graphic design and digital marketing Strong organization skills and a keen attention to detail are required Intermediate level skills with Adobe Creative Cloud and other design and video editing platforms, like Canva. Familiarity with e-commerce sales channels such as Amazon and Shopify is a plus Strong writing and proofreading skills Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Genuine curiosity and the desire to learn.
