Knowledge Management Associate
SAIC is looking for a Knowledge Management Associate to support one of our premier government customers in the Washington DC area. Job Responsibilities: Provide routine administrative support and analysis services to the ASD FO management team and ASD Branch/Office chiefs. This includes scheduling of meetings, meeting space, and office coverage. Provide support to ASD FO for all S&T Front Office reporting requirements, including S&T Executive Secretariat data calls. Support includes: reviewing requests, tasking out requests to appropriate staff, tracking deadlines, reviewing responses for consistency and relevance, and submitting responses back to the S&T Executive Secretariat. Provide meeting minutes from the ASD Weekly Leadership Meeting, and other designated meetings attended by the ASD Director. Interface and coordinate with S&T Travel Team to schedule travel for ASD FO management team, to include preparing travel authorizations and travel vouchers. Assist the ASD FO management team with management of records and other Records Management related tasks including S&T staff out processing as needed and directed. Review documents submitted to ASD FO for approval and/or signature. Documents should be reviewed and edited for grammar, spelling, formatting, sentence structure, and consistency prior to ASD FO management review. Documents that require extensive edits should be returned to the creator. Provide draft analysis and/or recommendations on new or existing Division-level policies and procedures, strategies and goals, risk avoidance and/or reduction, and quality assurance. Gather Division-level information and data, compile reports, and develop presentations. Provide support to the HCO with S&T training related tasks to include review of incoming requests to ensure that they are complete, adding actions to the Teams tracking system, and adding actions to STATS to enable Training Officials to make payments.
