Job Summary The Business Analyst plays a central role in enabling decision-making and collaboration by providing tools, processes, and insights to translate organizational drivers and user requirements into scalable digital solutions, automated analytics, and actionable prospect/portfolio intelligence. As a key leader within the CDMO commercial team, the Business Analyst partners closely with Sales and Marketing in addition to cross-functional business partners to drive efficient and effective implementation and continuous improvement in data analytics and digital platforms. The Business Analyst excels at transforming strategic vision into executable plans and deliverables for global impact. Global Business PartnerTransform complex commercial and operational data into intuitive dashboards, visualizations, and performance tracking mechanisms to support executive presentation and decision-making. Identify and implement enhanced reporting metrics to provide insights into organizational performance and trends. Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of standard reporting tools and applications through training and accessibility as a subject matter expert. Support portfolio management optimization with an opportunity to impact the global collaboration culture and overall client experience. Contribute to the global S&OP process for data integration and optimization. Partner with global business partners for digital strategy and AI enablement. Sales and Marketing EnablerPartner with Sales and Marketing to extract key data from Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc. and integrate into streamlined reports via dashboards and self-service analytic tools (e.g. Power BI) to promote decision-making, sales effectiveness, and marketing return-on-investment evaluations. Optimize and maintain pricing tool for CDMO proposal generation. Build scenario-based financial models to evaluate business cases and influence long-term strategic planning. Minimum Education, Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred) At least 5 years of progressive experience with a proven track record of enabling CDMO business operations and strategic decision-making through data-driven analytic solutions Advanced skillset utilizing Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform suite and data visualization tools Experience in portfolio management solutions, LinkedIn and Google Analytics, ERP, and SQL Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Experience with practical application of AI-enabled analytics a plus Exhibits strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to drive cross-functional collaborations across a global team Delivers proactive, strategic solutions based on user requirements and organizational drivers with a continuous improvement mindset Ability to prepare and deliver impactful presentations to influence varying audiences, from peers through senior stakeholders Compensation range: 88,142 - 142,000
