We focus on reliable service, efficient operations, and building long-term customer relationships. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our remote operations team. Position Overview We are hiring a full-time Sales Associate to support customer service and daily operations remotely. In this role, you will assist customers with equipment rentals and construction material purchases, process orders, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with equipment rentals and construction material purchases Provide clear information about available products and services Process customer orders and maintain accurate records Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates Follow up with customers and inquiries Coordinate scheduling and basic operational processes Support daily administrative and operational tasks Maintain a professional and helpful customer experience
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual work ethic Basic computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets) Ability to work a full-time schedule Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or the rental industry is a plus but not required Schedule Full-time position Weekday availability required Occasional weekend availability may be needed depending on business needs
