You have more than 1 year of relevant working experience Experience in Office Management/ Logistics/ Operations Strong communication skills - essential in a 100% remote environment. Strong organizational skills Experience in administrational work Very efficient and independent problem solver Eye for small details! General digital proficiency Good understanding of claims handling Communication and negotiation skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities Team player and able to work alone on important tasks as a problem solver High sense of responsibility and punctuality Energetic, innovative, enjoy new challenges Hybrid or remote work experience preferred You are fluent in English and French+another language such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese are a plus. Liaising with suppliers and transport companies in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and theNetherlands about ongoing queries. Communicating with clients for administrative needs. Documentation/administrative processing. Review CMRs and delivery confirmations. Preparation and follow-up of Export vehicles Handle incoming emails and dispatch to correct departments Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
