  • Accurately input a variety of data types, including numerical, textual, and financial information, into designated databases and systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before and after entry, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Maintain organised records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist with data cleaning and validation projects to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data as required by team leads or management.
  • Adhere strictly to data confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data flow and address any data-related queries.
  • Continuously improve data entry processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place. Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven ability to type accurately and efficiently (minimum 40-50 WPM with high accuracy).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
