As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Nebraska Medicine, you will design, build, and optimize sophisticated automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud that help more patients discover and connect with our care. You’ll combine data, creativity, and strategy to create seamless consumer experiences while collaborating with strategists, analysts, content experts, and designers to continuously improve results. This is a high-impact role on our Marketing Operations team where your work directly drives lead generation and patient growth for one of Nebraska’s largest health systems. Reviews campaign activity and collaborate with strategists, analysts, content experts and designers to create new and optimize existing automated marketing journeys. Required Qualifications: Marketing Automation Specialist

  • Minimum three years marketing or communications experience required.
  • Experience creating automated or drip marketing campaigns within platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, etc. required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (one year of experience is equal to one year of education) required.
  • Experience writing and using SQL queries to access information stored in databases required.
  • Ability to empathize with and envision consumer needs required.
  • Analytical and creative thinking required.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing and the overall digital marketing landscape required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail required.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills required.
  • Ability to successfully prioritize multiple tasks with good judgment required.

Preferred Qualifications: Marketing Automation Specialist

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
  • Pardot experience preferred.
  • Experience generating creative for social and digital ad campaigns preferred.
  • Experience researching and documenting processes preferred.
  • Proficient in Visio workflow design preferred.
  • Strong user experience design preferred.
