Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Lead the full cycle recruitment process including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for filling roles while advising and influencing hiring partners on talent availability and position attractiveness in the market. Identify and build proactive relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical roles. Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws. Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top technical talent. Support Recruiting and Human Resources driven priorities, as assigned. YOU HAVE: Academic background in business, human resources, or related field preferred. Ideally 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably working in the manufacturing or industrial space. Ability to complete TA coordination tasks as needed. Verbal and written proficiency in English is required. Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders while driving business results. Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills. Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. Ability to work 100% remotely if needed or 100% onsite from our Monterrey, MX (we are open for either option).
