Responsibilities: - Real Estate Investment domain knowledge & experience - Lead/mentor a team and collaborate with onshore lead - Collaborate and work seamlessly with Client SM Es - Data Quality Control Implementation and BAU process Management - Adhoc Data analysis and reporting in excel (Dataiku Power BI experience helpful) - Data Management/Data Governance experience - Can handle pressure and tight timelines - Good communication skills - Independent Project Management
