Licensed Real Estate Agent Referral Partner — Transaction Coordination Support

Company: Adfy Job Type: Independent Contractor / 1099 Location: Remote / Brokerage-Based / Relationship-Based Compensation: Commission split per closed transaction coordination file About the Opportunity Adfy is looking for licensed real estate agents who are currently active in brokerage offices or have strong relationships with agents, brokers, teams, or real estate professionals who may need contract-to-close support. This is not a traditional transaction coordinator role where you are expected to manage the full backend process alone. Instead, this is a partnership opportunity for relationship-driven agents who can make warm introductions, refer agents who need TC support, and help connect us with real estate professionals in their office or network. Adfy handles the backend transaction coordination support, systems, workflows, checklists, reminders, document organization, and file management. You help bring the relationship. When the transaction closes, the TC fee is split. What You’ll Do As a TC Referral Partner, you will:

• Connect Adfy with agents, brokers, teams, or offices that need transaction coordination support
• Make warm introductions within your brokerage, office, or real estate network
• Help explain the value of contract-to-close support to agents who may be overwhelmed or need backend help
• Maintain professional relationships with referral partners and potential clients
• Coordinate basic handoff details so our backend team can support the transaction file
• Stay in communication with Adfy regarding interested agents, referrals, and partnership opportunities

Important Requirement Because this is a 1099 partnership opportunity, candidates should confirm with their broker that this type of outside TC partner arrangement is allowed under their brokerage policy, independent contractor agreement, and applicable state rules.

Compensation

This is a commission-based 1099 contractor role. Compensation is paid as a split of the transaction coordination fee for referred files that successfully close and are paid. Additional details regarding split structure, payment timing, and partner expectations will be discussed during the onboarding process.
