Responsibilities

• Handle inbound consumer calls related to Final Expense life insurance
• Educate clients on coverage options in a clear and compliant manner
• Guide customers through the application and enrollment process
• Document all client interactions accurately within company systems
• Follow all carrier guidelines, underwriting rules, and state/federal insurance regulations
• Stay updated with product changes, CMS/carrier updates, and internal compliance guidance
• Manage assigned leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Meet weekly performance, quality, and compliance expectations
• Deliver an empathetic, professional, trust-based customer experience

Skills

• Active Resident State Life Insurance License (in good standing)
• Ability to obtain non-resident state licenses if required
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and strong compliance awareness
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using CRM tools, dialers, and virtual communication platforms
• Self-motivated and able to meet performance expectations consistently
• Prior Final Expense experience is helpful but not required
