What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as Scrum Master across multiple cross-functional Agile teams, coaching on Scrum, Lean, and Agile best practices
• Drive delivery performance using flow-based metrics and facilitate continuous improvement conversations
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Support cross-team planning, dependency tracking, and alignment with Product, Engineering, and leadership stakeholders
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure teams can focus on delivery and performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Proven experience supporting multiple teams in enterprise or scaled Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
• Experience using metrics to drive delivery improvement and working in transformation or evolving Agile environments
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience supporting cloud, DevOps, or data platform teams
• Familiarity with test automation, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices
• Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PSM, etc.)
• Strong interest or experience in AI-enabled workflows and tools
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne
