As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers in English and Spanish
• Assisting customers in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their needs
• Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
• Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services
• Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• *What You Bring to the Role**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a unique combination of skills and qualities. These include:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
• High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
• Minimum six (6) months sales experience, with a proven track record of success
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
• Strong customer service orientation, with empathy, compassion, and listening skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote

• A base wage of $16/hr ($17/hr in CT) while studying for your state exam, with an increase to your base pay and eligibility for performance-based bonuses once licensed
