Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, handling a high volume of calls, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers via phone, email, and chat

• Handle a high volume of calls, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Utilize computer software and systems to access customer information and resolve issues
• Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with computer software and systems, including internet browsers and email
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Good conflict resolution skills and ability to handle private and confidential information
• Strong work ethic, demonstrating dependability and a commitment to meeting performance metrics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working in a call center environment

• Good conflict resolution skills and ability to handle complex customer issues
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems

Schedule

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

• Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
• Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

Location

This is a work-from-home position, requiring a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
