Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences that exceed customer expectations
  • Work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
  • Work 30-39 hours per week, with the possibility of additional or fewer hours due to business requirements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Proficiency in software tools, such as CRM systems and email management tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
