Job Responsibilities
As a customer service representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide a positive experience for customers through telephone and email interactions. You'll be expected to handle both incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
- Demonstrate a high level of customer care skills and empathy while interacting with customers
- Build rapport with customers and provide personalized solutions to their needs
- Maintain accurate records of vendor and customer communications in our database or shared systems
- Work efficiently in a dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Clearly communicate all auto projects, including promotions and special offers, to customers
- May lead phases of preparation to sales teams on promotions and special offers
- May lead post-purchase review sessions with customers
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures
- May be required to work in the contact center channel
- Perform other duties as assigned
