Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to healthcare professionals using arenaflex's scheduling software
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email (ticket system) and phone, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and concerns
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, identifying root causes, and providing effective resolutions or escalating when necessary
  • Learning and maintaining a strong understanding of arenaflex's product offerings and updates, staying up-to-date on new features and enhancements
  • Documenting support issues and resolutions accurately in arenaflex's CRM/ticketing system, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and process improvement
  • Collaborating with the internal team to relay customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement, driving continuous growth and innovation

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist, you'll need:

  • Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new software tools, with a strong foundation in computer skills and software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English (native or bilingual)
