Requirements To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need: * Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or help desk support (1+ year preferred), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. * Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and accurate. * The ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a creative approach to finding solutions. * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with a high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. * Proficiency with chat software and customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk) is a plus, but not required.
