Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Chicago. This hybrid role requires 2 days of presence in our office, where you will be part of a driven and collaborative team that provides world-class customer service to members. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that member needs are addressed quickly and efficiently, with responses delivered in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and respond to high-volume inbound calls and emails from arenaflex members daily, assisting with account questions and providing information related to a member's account
- Serve as a subject matter expert for various loyalty rewards programs with arenaflex and other partner brands when assisting with member inquiries
- Analyze member account issues, troubleshoot, and negotiate resolutions
- Assist in processing missing dining benefit transactions
- Perform other duties as defined by management
Do You Have the Right Mix of Ingredients?
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of inbound call center or customer service experience
- Experience using call center computer software
- AS400 system experience preferred
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and internet search engines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
