Experienced Customer Service Specialist - Overnight/Weekend Support at arenaflex

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Scheduling Department, working overnight and weekend shifts to ensure seamless communication and scheduling for our clients.

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and interpreters, handling email requests and providing support for scheduling-related inquiries. You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate data entry, maintain database information, and manage inbound interpreter calls and inquiries. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Responsibilities
* Handle and resolve email requests from clients and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact
- Assist in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed
- Efficiently input data and maintain accurate database information
- Manage all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries
- Manage all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments
- Manage all appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both arenaflex and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments
- Perform other duties as assigned by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager
Skills and Abilities
* Possess the ability to handle stressful and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner while working with internal and external clients
- Professional communication skills; verbal and written
- Proficiency with standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with other web-based applications
- Ability to excel in a demanding, dynamic, and team-based working environment
Experience Requirements
* 2 years of experience in customer service
- 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems
