Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about our products and services to clients
- Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
- Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Assisting in training new staff on customer service protocols as needed
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions
