Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist (Remote), you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to incoming customer phone calls, emails, chats, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers via various communication channels
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with the Support team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate issues when necessary
  • Logging customer questions and feedback to improve our Knowledge Base initiative
  • Participating in regular coaching, feedback, and training sessions to enhance your skills and job satisfaction
  • Contributing to the development of new support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • A reliable personal computer with sufficient power to handle web-based systems
  • A reliable iOS or Android smartphone
  • Fast and reliable internet connection
  • Introductory understanding of Asana, our task management software
  • Flexibility to answer customer calls as needed during regular business hours
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a constant desire to improve
  • History of dependability and honesty

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a support or service environment
  • Knowledge of Asana and other task management software
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience with social media and online communication platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
