Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound and make outbound calls to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize computer skills in a windows-based environment to access customer information and resolve issues
- Type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute to ensure accurate and efficient communication
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic in all interactions with customers and colleagues
- Maintain punctuality and great attendance to ensure seamless service delivery
- Multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive culture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a windows-based environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
