Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative-Bilingual Spanish, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring that their unique needs are met and exceeded.
- Assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues effectively, utilizing your problem-solving skills and insurance knowledge.
- Offering available products and services that meet customer needs, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers, participating in ongoing training and development programs.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance customer service delivery, sharing best practices and expertise.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Two years post-secondary education or higher, or a minimum of two years relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred for bilingual roles, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Familiarity with the state of Colorado and its unique insurance market.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.
