The Role

As a Customer Follow-Up Specialist, you'll be responsible for connecting with our customers to ensure they've had a great experience with arenaflex. Your primary objective will be to follow up with customers to gather feedback and encourage them to share their experiences through online reviews. This is a simple and straightforward position that requires about 1 hour per day, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive daily customer information via a Google Sheet

  • Use our OpenPhone system (training provided) to add customers as contacts
  • Call and text customers to check in on their experience, making sure they feel heard and appreciated
  • Encourage satisfied customers to leave a 5-star review
  • Consistently follow simple procedures to ensure high-quality customer interactions

What We're Looking For

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
  • Ability to follow simple procedures consistently
  • Reliable availability Monday–Friday

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets and OpenPhone
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service or sales roles

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Basic knowledge of online review platforms and social media
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets and OpenPhone
