What You'll Be Doing

As a Seasonal Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and concerns, providing empathetic and personalized support to help them navigate complex healthcare issues.

During a Typical Day, You'll

* Answer incoming communications from customers, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and technologies

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills and qualities, including:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy, just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • High-speed internet (15 mbps or faster)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
  • A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily login
