What You'll Be Doing

As a Seasonal Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers' inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications
  • High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
  • A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android for daily log-in
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
