What You'll Be Doing

As a Seasonal Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Providing empathetic and personalized support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare or related field
  • Integrity and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality, as outlined in HIPAA guidelines
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
  • A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android for daily log-in
  • A USB wired headset (optional, but recommended)
