Job Description
In this remote work from home role, you will have the opportunity to work with and directly assist both families and schools that participate in the scholarship program. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming calls related to student inquiries, scholarship application, and funding status
- Ensuring that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered
- Providing excellent customer service experience, remaining empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult situations
- Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of customer service or call center experience
- English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
- The ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult situations
- Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and the ability to multitask
- Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation
Technical Requirements
To work from home, all candidates must have:
- Wired internet connectivity with internet speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- A secure, quiet, distraction-free place to work
- A reliable computer and necessary software to perform job duties
