As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience. You'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing polite, empathic, and professional support
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting the best solution to resolve the problem
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including account information and order history
- Utilize Gorgias, Macros, and Shopify to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective customer service strategies
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:
* Experience with Gorgias and using macros
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Excellent documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
