What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized support via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized customer support to clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting clients in understanding their insurance benefit options, including policy details, coverage, and claims
• Responding to questions about policies, coverage, and claims, ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of their benefits
• Scheduling and leading virtual consultations with new and existing customers to discuss their insurance needs and provide guidance on making informed decisions
• Maintaining product knowledge to guide clients in making informed decisions about their insurance benefits
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:
