As a Remote Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on our website and social media accounts. This may include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries about products, services, and policies
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to our team for further assistance
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective support strategies

Contract Length and Rate

* No fixed term contract, allowing you to work on your own schedule

  • Competitive hourly rate of $25 to $35 per hour, depending on your experience and performance

Skills and Background Needed

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week to ensure consistent support coverage
  • A reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with customers

Hours and Location

* 10+ hours of work per week, with flexibility to set your own schedule

  • Remote work online worldwide, with a preference for candidates based in the United States
