Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Professional, your duties may include:
- Delivering world-class customer service, explaining benefits, and responding to customer inquiries and concerns over the phone

- Meeting and exceeding quality and productivity goals, complying with all regulatory requirements
- Navigating computer systems and applications to service customers, enabling them to get the most from our online platform
- Managing production-related activities, such as complaints and escalations
- Prioritizing and adapting to an ever-changing environment
