Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance coverage or save on premiums. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing friendly and professional assistance with inquiries, policy updates, and claims processing.
  • Proactively reaching out to existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance coverage or save on premiums.
  • Utilizing effective communication skills to explain policy features, coverage options, and billing processes to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail when updating client information, processing policy changes, and maintaining accurate records in the agency management system.
  • Actively listening to client feedback and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborating with insurance agents and other team members to identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products or services to clients.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, including filing paperwork, processing payments, and organizing office supplies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An active 220 or 440 Insurance License.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and terminology is a plus.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
