Responsibilities

Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:
- 1-3 years' work experience in a related role, preferably in customer service or a similar field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
- Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries, with a focus on resolving complex issues
