As a Customer Success Lead at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our most advanced and engaged customers. You'll work closely with our customers to configure the arenaflex platform to meet their clinical and financial objectives, support the platform's deployment, and drive its successful (and expanded) usage across a customer over time. About the Role
As a Customer Success Lead, you'll be responsible for:
- Functioning as one of the primary go-to's for our provider customers across all phases of the relationship: requirements gathering, configuration, training, deployment, and expansion.
- Becoming a functional and technical expert in the arenaflex platform.
- Identifying detailed customer needs and collaborating with arenaflex teammates to solve for those needs via the design of workflows, forms, surveys, alerts, analytics, reports, etc.
- When possible, identifying the solution for the issue that customers bring to you. Escalating urgent problems through product and engineering when needed.
- Communicating and organizing/escalating all issues appropriately - including functionality, security, training, and technical inquiries.
- Creating and managing configuration and deployment project plans; monitoring and reviewing project progress and timelines; adjusting schedules and plans as needed; and identifying and resolving issues to ensure success.
- Monitoring and identifying adoption and utilization trends. Providing recommendations based on customer's business needs and usage patterns.
- Utilizing and continuously improving internal processes for articulating product feedback to engineering teams - and the roadmap back to customers.
- Creating reusable materials and collateral (written and recorded) to help scale your impact across a growing number of customers.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- 4+ years of customer-facing technical software support experience in some capacity.
- Multiple years of software experience with an understanding of modern software development practices, tools, and technologies.
- Experience working with modern SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple open threads simultaneously.
- Hyper-responsiveness, organization, and thoroughness.
- Ability to manage a mix of large, medium, and small deployments in parallel - requiring complex cross-functional collaboration and management at the program level.
- Resourcefulness, self-motivation, self-discipline, and a willingness to take initiative.
- A customer-centric approach, striving to become the customer's most trusted advisor.
- Ability to move fast and match the pace of our organization.
- Occasional travel when the need arises.
