Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms. You'll be responsible for researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for our customers, and for going above and beyond to "wow" them with your service. Key Responsibilities:
* Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues
- Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide clear, concise solutions
- Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
- Certification in customer service or a related field
