What You'll Be Doing Each Day

As a Customer Chat Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Chat-Based Support: Communicate with customers exclusively via live chat, helping with billing issues, account logins, order tracking, refunds, basic troubleshooting, and other common questions.
• Multitasking: Handle several conversations at once, learning how to manage time, juggle tasks, and still keep your replies accurate and professional.
• Using Internal Tools: Leverage arenaflex's knowledge base, chat templates, and customer history to provide informed answers, and learn how to get to the right answer fast.
• Documenting Every Interaction: Log each chat in detail, including what the customer asked, what you advised, and what the final outcome was, to help improve service and keep the team informed.
