About the Position
As a Credit Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for addressing credit-related inquiries from arenaflex customers through phone, chat, or email. Your primary goal will be to turn each interaction into a positive outcome by providing empathetic, informed, and engaging support. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and promote sales and loyalty promotions. Responsibilities
As a Credit Customer Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

- Promoting and communicating current sales and loyalty promotions.

- Precisely documenting and updating customer data, communications, and case specifics within the agent desktop platforms.
- Adopting an entrepreneurial mindset and utilizing empowerment to efficiently handle customer accommodations.
- Maintaining regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Responsibilities may fluctuate due to business need, and colleagues may be responsible for corresponding with customers via inbound calls, chats, or emails.
Requirements
To succeed as a Credit Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:
