Job Summary
As a Provider Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our members, providers, and hospitals. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, concerns, and issues with courtesy, professionalism, and empathy. Your role will involve creating simplicity through effective communication, ensuring that our customers feel valued, heard, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to members, providers, and hospitals through phone, email, and chat support
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with courtesy, professionalism, and empathy
- Create simplicity through effective communication, ensuring that customers feel valued, heard, and supported
- Connect members, providers, and hospitals through seamless communication and coordination
- Manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, transaction-based environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, is highly preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Empathy towards customers' needs and concerns, with a customer-centric approach
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, transaction-based environment
- Availability to work a permanent schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:10am-4:40pm, within the eastern time zone
