Experienced Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Provider Support

Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote position within the Pacific time zone. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our members, providers, physicians, and hospitals. You will be responsible for creating simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to provide information and resolve issues, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members, providers, physicians, and hospitals
- Creating simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to provide information and resolve issues
- Managing multiple tasks in a transaction/high volume-based environment
- Demonstrating empathy and compassion towards customers' needs and concerns
- Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
Training and Development
As a Customer Service Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that includes:
- Benefit & Eligibility training (9 weeks, no PTO, M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm EST)
- Permanent Schedule: M-F, 8:10am-4:40pm
- Ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you will need:
- Experience in a production environment
- Customer Service experience in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Empathy towards customers' needs and concerns
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a transaction/high volume-based environment
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Preferred Qualifications

- Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40
