Job Summary

As an AWS Client Achievement Delegate, you'll be the primary point of contact for our US Government and Enterprise clients, providing expert support and guidance on record and charging issues. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solutions Architects, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients navigate complex record and charging systems, ensuring they get the most out of our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to US Government and Enterprise clients, addressing complex record and charging issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work with clients to understand their use of AWS record and charging services, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve their experience
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client records and charging statements to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Educate clients on reporting options, warnings, and budgeting best practices
  • Deliver brief, effective, and detailed assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with global customer service peers to maintain a consistent and high-quality level of support
  • Drive initiatives to enhance client communication with AWS record and charging data
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer for our Enterprise clients, identifying areas for improvement and driving change
  • Proactively seek solutions to client needs, presenting trends to management and proposing innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Support Enterprise client communication during AWS launch and support events
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AWS products and features
  • Work with AWS teams to resolve client issues and drive goal achievement
  • Ensure internal knowledge base pages are up-to-date and accurate

Essential Capabilities

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or record management, working with high-profile clients
  • 3+ years of experience with advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, and other functions)
  • Current, active US Government Trusted status of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience in service and record management positions

  • A drive to dive into the details of a system or process to resolve client issues
  • Demonstrated success in a high-speed support environment
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • SQL and other database query language skills
  • Strong familiarity with web technologies and the web
  • Understanding of cloud-based computing and storage concepts
