Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Inbound Calls: Professionally answer a variety of inbound calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, or auto glass shops using scripted prompts.
  • Entering Claim Data: Accurately enter claim data into our production systems while on a live phone call.
  • Guiding Customers: Effectively and compassionately guide customers through the process of filing a glass claim by engaging in an authentic conversation that builds rapport and focuses on each customer's specific needs.
  • Verifying Insurance Coverage: Verify customer insurance coverage and deductible amounts and communicate the information to the customer.
  • Scheduling Services: Assist customers with scheduling repair, replacement, and/or recalibration services at a arenaflex location or at a non-arenaflex shop while honoring the customer's preference.
  • Providing Solutions: Utilize systems and resources provided to enhance the overall customer experience and provide solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Residency: Must reside full-time in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas.
  • Equipment: Must provide your own equipment, including a personal computer or laptop with Windows 10 or higher, high-speed internet that meets the required specifications, and a USB wired headset.
  • Workspace: Must have a dedicated workspace free from background noise and interruptions.
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a contact center or other customer service role.
  • Skills: Knowledge of computer and telephone systems, ability to operate those systems with confidence in a remote environment, and a desire to establish rapport and credibility with customers, stores, and peers.
