Job Responsibilities

As a part-time data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering product data into the arenaflex Seller Central platform with precision and attention to detail: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering product data into our Seller Central platform, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with arenaflex's guidelines and standards.
  • Ensuring product listings adhere to arenaflex's guidelines and standards: You'll review and update product listings to ensure that they meet arenaflex's high standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Updating product information, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing, as needed: You'll be responsible for updating product information in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that customers have the most up-to-date information about our products.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and updating stock quantities accordingly: You'll track inventory levels and update stock quantities to ensure that customers can purchase products in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues promptly: You'll work closely with our team to resolve any data discrepancies or issues that may arise, ensuring that our data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conducting quality checks to verify the accuracy of data entered: You'll perform regular quality checks to ensure that the data entered is accurate and complete.
  • Keeping abreast of arenaflex's policies and updates related to product listings and data entry processes: You'll stay up-to-date on arenaflex's policies and updates related to product listings and data entry processes, ensuring that you're always working in compliance with our guidelines and standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
