Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. You will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels - Answer customer inquiries, offer promotional discounts, and provide helpful resources and information - Create a positive customer experience and drive sales - Work independently, closely following provided steps and instructions - Utilize social media and website chat functions to engage with customers - Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Contract Length and Rate

- No fixed term contract - Competitive hourly rate: $25-$35 per hour

Skills and Background Needed

- Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) - Ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions - 5+ hours availability per week - Reliable internet connection - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset

Hours per Week and Location

- 5-40 hours per week - Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred)
